ln Konavle, near Dubrovnik, women keep tradition of small, non profitable ancient handcraft of silk production. SILK, the fabric that makes its own statement. No other fabric generates quite the same reaction. For centuries silk has had a reputation as a luxurious, one associated with wealth and success. Take an opportunity to share an experience of producing a silk thread in most traditional manner. You will take part in whole process: cocoon boiling, thread reeling, dyeing, plying, reeling, weaving, embroidering... In order to see some of the finest silk products in Konavle Valley your next destination will offer great display of the old embroidery, national costumes of Konavle Valley – Ethnographical Museum in Konavle Valley.

After visiting Konavle Valley you will continue drive along the chain of villages toward Komaji Village where “Crvik” Family have their vineyards and winery. You will have unique opportunity to taste some of the finest wines from this region, but also meet with wine producer Mr. Andro Crvik who will made presentation and speech about wines of Croatia and this particular region.
